Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, diclofenac sodium (Voveran) was injected intramuscularly at 1.5mgand3.0mg/kgbody weight respectively and vitamin E was administered orally at 4.0 mg/kg body weight for a period of 4 weeks to adult male albino rats. Low dose of diclofenac given for 4 weeks brought about marked reduction in the caudal tubular diameter. The infiltration of intra tubular connective tissue were pronounced.
