Ibuprofen - the over the Counter Drug's Adverse Effect on the Adrenal Structure and Organ Weight

Ibuprofen, a new generation non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug, widely used world over, was studied for its probable effect on body weight, organ weight and structure of adrenal gland in male albino rats. Two different drug doses (1.5mg and 3mg/100 gram b. wt/day, respectively) were given to the animals for seven consecutive days.
