Ceratomyxa macrovalvula sp.n. and Ceratomyxa cylindrobiconica sp. n. (Myxosporea : Ceratomyxidae) have been described from the gallbladder of Arius sagor and A. sona respectively (Ariidae) collected from the Bay of Bengal off West Bengal coast, India. These two Ceratomyxa spp. have been compared with their related Ceratomyxa species.
