An Updated List of the Soldier Flies (Diptera:Stratiomyidae) from India with some Taxonomic Notes

An updated systematic list of stratiomyid species (Stratiomyidae : Diptera) from India is prepared and presented, comprising of 82 species under 35 genera and 7 subfamilies. Some taxanomic notes on these taxa are also added in this paper.
