Mazur of Princeton University has established the Schoenflies theorem for a polyhedral homeomorph in E4 of a 3-sphere. His method may be extended to the regular differentiable homeomorph in En of an (n- 1) sphere, Sn-1. (Abstract to appear in Bull. American Math. Soc.) Mazur's mappings are not differentiable.

Abstract

Mazur of Princeton University has established the Schoenflies theorem for a polyhedral homeomorph in E4 of a 3-sphere. His method may be extended to the regular differentiable homeomorph in En of an (n- 1) sphere, Sn-1. (Abstract to appear in Bull. American Math. Soc.) Mazur's mappings are not differentiable.
