Distribution of Height, Weight and Chest-girth in Madras Males

A good deal of work has, in recent years, been done in various countries in the West in Anthropometry; measurements on human skulls have formed the basis of certain investigations as to the extent of similarity between races. But, unfortunately in India, this line of research has not so far received the attention that it deserves. An attempt is made in this paper to analyse the data of measurements of height, weight and chest-girth in a sample of 1000 males.
