Operational Methods in the Theory of Heat Conduction

The recent work of Dr. Bromwich has shown that the operational method of Heaviside, who introduced it primarily in connection with electrical theory and also employed it in his discussion of the age of the Earth, is specially adapted for handling problems in the Theory of Heat Conduction.
