On the Semi-Invariants of Two Variates and their Additive Property

This paper is the outcome of an attempt to investigate a general set of statistical constants of the above series, which can be expressed as the sum of the corresponding constants of the factors. It is proved that such constants are comprised in the linear combinations of Thiele's semi-invariants and my generalizations of them, associated with the given distribution.
