A Tauberian Theorem on (λ, k)-Process of Summation

I propose to prove here a generalization of a theorem due to Karamata on the (λ, k)-process of summation. This result includes all known Tauberian theorems on this process and can be applied to prove similar results on power series and Dirichlet's series.
