A Note on the Zeros of Parabolic Cylinder Functions of the Second Kind
Subscribe/Renew Journal
The functions En(x) and En+m(x) have no common zeros, n+1 being not a negative integer, and m being a positive integer.
NOTE: By (4), the real axis is a cut for En(x) so that when we speak of the zeros of En(x) we mean only those lying in I(x)>0 and I(x)<0.
