In this paper an investigation has been made to study the effect of Magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) and porous medium on forced convection with laminar pulsating flow in a saturated porous parallel-plate channel. The perturbation technique is used to obtain an analytical expressions for velocity, temperature and the transient Nusselt number to first order in ε. Here we take relative amplitude ε of the pulsating pressure gradient which is small compared to unity. The case of uniform heat flux boundary condition is considered in turn. The Peclet number is assumed to be large so that the axial heat conduction can be neglected. The results have been interpreted with the help of graphs.

The perturbation technique is used to obtain an analytical expressions for velocity, temperature and the transient Nusselt number to first order in ε. The Peclet number is assumed to be large so that the axial heat conduction can be neglected. The results have been interpreted with the help of graphs.
