Susheel Kumar Sharma is a significant name in the emerging Indian English Poetry today. He is not only an academician but also a sculptor of good verses. This is a thought provoking volume with a difference because the thoughts seem to come from the core of the poet's heart. The poet has gathered fifty flowers of different shades in this poetic bouquet. In the first poem titled 'Spineless,’ Susheel compares his conscience to a maid servant who never takes a bath and to a naughty boy who never obeys. His conscience is of special kind which doesn't carry a price-tag.
