Susheel Kumar Sharma is a significant name in the emerging Indian English Poetry today. He is not only an academician but also a sculptor of good verses. In the first poem titled 'Spineless,’ Susheel compares his conscience to a maid servant who never takes a bath and to a naughty boy who never obeys.
