Adsorption of Thiosemicarbazide on Mercury from Different Base Electrolytes

The adsorption of thiosemicarbazide on mercury electrode from different electrolytes namely NaCl, NaNO3 and Na2SO4 has been studied using capillary electrometer. Thiosemicarbazide is found to adsorb in the following order, NaCl < NaNO3 < Na2SO4. All the other adsorption characteristics are found to be similar in all the cases.
