Project Management:A Stepping Stone of Successful ERP Implementation

Implementation of ERP package in today's date is not only a requirement but it's a need of any kind of business. Businesses are ready to accept ERP, but lot of issues are associated with success rate of ERP implementation. Implementation of ERP in terms of budget is the main matter of consideration but for businesses only implementation of ERP is not enough, businesses wants to meet to their objectives&effective project management will assure a step towards it. This paper deals with different aspects of project management which contribute in success of ERP implementation.
