Intellectual Property is a legal term that refers to a loose cluster of Legal doctrine that regulates the uses of ideas&insignia. The law of copyright protects various "original forms of expression," including novels, movies, musical compositions, and computer software programs. Patent law protects inventions and some kinds of discoveries. The "right of publicity" protects celebrities' interests in their images and identities. The economic and cultural importance of this collection of rules is increasing now a days at a very fast pace.

Of additional resources, which leads to further innovation. After having research on this topic we find out that The multi-billion dollar film, recording, publishing, &software industries, which bring pleasure to millions of people in all parts of the ssWorld, would not exist without copyright protection.

During the research we find out that Entertainment&tech. industry in India has experienced robust growth over the last few yr. During past yr. Talent also hesitate to sign a one page contract early 2000. But now they also started presenting detailed written contracts to preserve their commercialization rights.
