Organisational Behaviour (OB) is a field of study that investigates the impact that individual, groups, and structure have on behaviour within organisation, for the purpose of applying such knowledge towards improving organizationseffectiveness, Defines (Robinsons and judge, 2013, p.44)

Namie and namie(2009) defines bullying as "repeated, health-harming mistreatment of a person by one and more workers that take the form of verbal abuse;conduct or behaviours that are threatening,intimidating, or humiliating, sabotage that prevents work from getting done; or some combination of the three."
