Employee Engagement Practices in Large Scale Industries, in Pune Region
Employee Engagement plays a key role in the growth of an organization. Global scenario of manpower is changing and talent retention is the biggest challenge in front of the employers. To achieve the employee engagement factors causing dissatisfaction and factors necessary for satisfaction i.e. drivers and motivational factors for the organization should be identified. These factors differ from organization to the other. Drivers are physical level factors, whereas motivational factors are on psychological level. Drivers are the basic needs to accomplish a job and hence are essential for smooth running of the organization.
The main aim of this article is to study the employee engagement practices in large scale industries in Pune region and showcase the best amongst them. These industries have received several awards of 'Best Work Place' and are very well known for their successful employee engagement and talent retention. The engagement score of these companies are between 65% - 75 % on an average. This is an attempt to study the employee engagement practices these industries have implemented though which they have built the strong work culture.
