Study of Emotional, Intelligence, Spiritual Quotients for Managerial Competencies Development

Dynamic business scenario has greatly influenced management paradigm. We are undergoing through interesting, happening period where many external variables are playing vital role. Immediate policy changes are like thunderbolts, and have necceisated the need of high performing balanced managers to manage contingency. This paper will talk about different quotients' which can amplify managerial qualities to manage changes at this turbulent time. Quotients can act as driver for excellent managerial performance. Development of quotients helps in improving internal locus of control. Corporate manager's competencies can be enhanced by developing Emotional, Intelligence and Spiritual quotients (EISQ).Development of multiple quotients can transform managers into high performing balanced employees. Embracing and managing change can be an exciting opportunity for better tomorrow by understanding and handling scenario with holistic perspective.
