Human civilization has progressed as a result of a desire to learn new things. Natural fibres provide higher features and advantages than synthetic fibres, natural fibre-reinforced polymer matrix composites have got a considerable interest in the exploration of new lightweight, biodegradable, durable materials. This document mainly focuses on the preparation of arhar and jute fibers reinforced epoxy resin-based composites and mechanical tests like Tensile test, Compression test and Izod impact tests are performed on the prepared ARHAR materials for analyzing the mechanical behaviour. This experiment was designed and carried out based on the L-9 orthogonal array in the Taguchi method by considering i.e, three control factors Copper, Aluminum oxide, Magnesium sulphate in wt. % ratio was this method was optimised with the use of confirmation testing. Analysis of variance is used to determine the percentage of contribution of each predefined control factor (ANOVA).
