Data were analyzed employing Z test for measuring difference in means. Result indicated that organization has shown significant difference in the degree of creativity in pre and post privatization period (Mean in pre privatization period=13.6833 and Mean in post privatization period=16.0083).Liner impact of designation, qualification and age on creativity is also examined and found to be insignificant.
