As per the report published by National Skill Development Corporation, the rapid change and growth in industry, growing economy, larger income at disposal and lowering hand life-cycle of cars have triggered requirement for fresh skilling and up-skilling in the sector. There is need to change in the methodology to skill the manpower. The new methodology should include the soft skills, project based education, case studies.
