Towards Higher Productivity of Equipment and Role of Maintenance

Higher Productivity is the joint responsibility of both line managers and maintenance engineers. In this article maintenance engineer's responsibilities have been mentioned and a practical approach has been suggested for increasing equipment productivity considering the company objectives through identification of the "Process Requirement" and maximization of the commercial objectives of the company.
