it is indeed very gratifying to find that "Reason", the technical magazine of our college, is entering the 3rd year of its publication at the appointed time. In fact, this annual event of the publication of "Reason" is looked forward to with keen enthusiasm by all members ofthe family of Kalyani Govt. Engineering College. "Reason" is indeed very close to our heart and that is why, despite financial stringencies everywhere, we take care to set aside a certain small sum in the beginning ofthe financial year to meet the expenses of its publication.
