It gives me immense pleasure to note that the second issue of "Reason" , the technical magazine of our college launched last year, is seeing the light of the day soon. It goes without saying that publishing a technical magazine from its own resources for a government engineering college is a difficult proposition. Yet this has been made possible as all of us - teachers, students and staff alike - were intent on bringing out a technical magazine of the college on a regular basis.
