Image Management and its Future in Emerging India

This paper would essentially deal with two aspects, at the outset to unveil the awareness level of youth towards Image Management and secondly to determine the existing clients for image consultants and the effectiveness of this consultancy in their growing career. An exploratory research method is employed to conduct this study. A sample size of 300 respondents which include working professionals and young upcoming entrepreneurs was considered. The study discloses that the awareness level of respondents towards Image Management is very low. The study also reveals that there is a positive impact of Image Management in career development. The survey also indicates that Image Management would prove to be a successful career choice for young entrepreneurs.
