Human Process Research plays the important role to bring effectiveness in Human Resource Development function in the organizations. The adequate of Human Process Research practices provides the in depth analysis of human resource problems and their expectation, which will be strong base for designing of different HRD interventions.

The analysis shows that the organizations in India don't have adequate HPR Practices and need a lot of improvements in this direction. The originations are very poor in conducting stress audit and communication research which is important to solve most of the human resource issues.

The paper has also given some suggestion to improve the HPR practices in Indian organizations.
