Density, ultrasonic velocity for ternary systems (Amino acid+I2+water) containing Alanine, Valine, Leucine, Isoleucine in aqueous solutions have been measured for several concentrations of amino acids as donors at different temperatures( 303,313,323 K). Using above data apparent molar volume Φv partial molar volume Φv0, adiabatic compressibility βs, relative adiabatic compressibility βr relative association parameter RA, and specific impedance Z have been computed. The Δβs and βr exhibit increasing trend of variation with successive increase in amino acid concentration and decreasing trend with increase in temperature in all systems. It is due to overall increase in cohesive forces in the solution. On the other hand above values decrease with increase in temperature is due to thermal rupture of water structure with temperature. Such behavior leads to weak solute-solute and solute-solvent interaction in the system. The parabolic plots emerge into non linear ones with points of inflexion showing no removal of charge but Collisional complex formation. A non linear regression analysis has been made to determine the feed back coefficient of regression and correlation coefficient.
