Impact of Personality Type on Stress among Bank Employees in Satara

Purpose of the present research is to find out personality type. Another purpose is to measure stress level of co-operative bank employees. Researcher has used descriptive research design for the study. Data is collected from 113 employees working in co-operative banks in Satara city. Samples are selected from six co-operative banks. Structured schedules have been used for data collection. It was found that majority of the employees are under medium stress level. Also present study explores majority of the co-operative bank employees are having Type A personality.
