Study the Work-life Balance of Lady Bus Conductors with Special Reference to Western Maharashtra

The purpose of this paper is to discuss the issue of Work life balance of lady bus conductors in western Maharashtra. It will give open insight into the various initiatives taken by MSRTC and help to evaluate its policies and procedure. It will help MSRTC organization to improve and enhance their effectiveness. The fine balance of work life factor will help in improving the productivity of this sector. This paper also aims to find out facilitating and inhibiting factors of work life balance of lady bus conductors. Researcher has taken 10 samples of lady bus conductors from each five zones of western Maharashtra i.e. 50 sample size.
