The study intends to find out the welfare measures at Mangalore Refinery And Petrochemicals Limited, (MRPL) Mangaluru and tries to understand employee satisfaction towards it. Welfare facilities provided by MRPL are exemplary to other organizations in general and manufacturing industries in particular. In this respect MRPL has played a very important role in extending the welfare measures and keeping the employees satisfied.
