Systemic Review of Patients' Satisfaction for Effective Health Care Management

Purpose of the paper is to study and analyze the level of satisfaction among adult patients which plays a vital role in effective and efficient management of health care services and thereby driving it towards growth. The research design adopted for this study is exploratory in nature. Hypotheses are formulated and proved. The researcher makes use of convenient base to select the required number of samples. The primary data are collected through the distribution of structured questionnaires to adult patients. Literature outlining fundamental aspects and role of management of services in health care sector is summarized, serving as a foundation for reviewing the potential value of patients' satisfaction in strategic role as methods for enhancing organizational effectiveness in competitive environment. Patients' satisfaction play a vital role in managing services and thereby empower the organization by strengthening its interface with external system. This in turn helps in driving the business for excellent growth and achievements.
