Results of the exploratory factor analysis indicate that these nineteen items are loaded on four factors (life satisfaction, psychological well-being, psychological distress, and positive orientation) and these four factors explain65.08% of total variance in mental health construct. The items of this questionnaire are framed in such manner that this questionnaire can be also useful in assessing the mental health of all normal adult population.
