Career management is a joint activity between the organization and the individual that identifies the individual's needs, abilities and goals and the organization's Job demands and job rewards. The basic aim of career planning is integration of individual and organizational needs. Career planning is the responsibility of an organization to provide guidance and counseling to its employees in planning their career's and in developing and utilizing their knowledge skill. Goal's with the organizational goals. The present papers reviews objectives of career planning, process of career planning, advantage and limitation of career planning.
