It is a human phenomenon, which exist in almost all persons. Well-being is a positive outcome that is meaningful for people and for many sectors o f society, because it tells us that people perceive that their lives are going well. Good living conditions (e.g., housing, employment) are fundamental to well-being.The perceptions of older peoples situation should not be and is not generally or inevitably problematic, but some people face considerable insecurity and a lack of well being in old age. Old age is viewed as an unavoidable, undesirable and problem ridden phase of life. Problems of aging usually appear after the age of 65 years. Result showed that all the elderly recognized the importance of spirituality in their lives, and its relationship with old age is in the capacity to bear the limitations, losses and difficulties that are inherent to the process, confronting the suffering involved.
