Overview on UGC’s New Academic Performance Indicators (API):An Formal Presentation to Library and Information Science Journals on the UGC API List

This paper briefly introduced the academic performance indicators for teachers in higher education & changes to be implemented in API as per 4th Amendment of UGC. Put forward the importance of publications in reputed journals with respect to API of UGC. Additionally the purpose of this paper is to provide alphabetically prepared list of journals regarding LIS.
