Bibliometric Study of Publications in Conference Proceedings of Caliber Conventions During 2008-2015

The study analyzed papers published in CALIBER conventions held during 2008-2015. The study analyzed themes & sub-themes, authorship patterns, the Degree of Collaboration, state-wise geographical distribution, country-wise geographical distribution, references per article, forms of documents and top-cited journals. There are 319 papers analyzed and found that traditional and simple themes and sub-themes have more number of papers than others, prevalent multiple authorship patterns with the strong Degree of Collaboration, Karnataka as the top contributing State and India as the top contributing country, more than 11 references per article, Journal papers as the prevalent form of documents, and “Electronic Library” as the highly cited journal in the study.
