Secure image communication has it's own importance right from the present days of computing. Communication which is based on satellite is a way to the digital data transmit from various geographic location with utilizing satellites Satellite as communication medium to transfer information vulnerable many information security threat types, and require a new methodology for safe and secure data transmission over satellite. In this paper, for secure satellite image communication using median filter for remove impulse noise, RGB image convert into an HSV image, satellite image using DWT for decompose into sub-bands LL, HL, LH and HH and apply DCT on HH band and RSA using for encryption purpose.
