Catastrophic Presentation of Lupus Vasculitis in a Young Female
Among the myriads of presentations of Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), vasculitis is one phenomenon which unanimously involves any organ. We present a rare case of catastrophic lupus vasculitis involving brain, lungs and digit in a young female.
