Innovative Growth Monitoring Chart

Growth is a continuous ongoing process with regular increase in size or weight of the living things whether it is plant or human being. Routine growth monitoring is widely accepted and strongly supported by health professionals and it is a standard component of paediatric service through out the world. Growth chart are essential items in paediatric tool kit. Their value resides in helping to determine the degree to which the physical needs for growth and development are being met during the important childhood period.
