In our attempt to exploring new class of antimicrobial and antioxidant agents, novel pyrazoline derivatives (3‑11) were synthesized and characterized by some spectroscopic method such as FTIR1 HNMR and GCMass. The antimicrobial study of the synthesized compounds against various bacterial species. Escherichia coli klebsiella sp (gram negative), Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus (gram positive) and one fungi (candida albicans). The scavenging properties of all the synthesized derivatives were evaluated against DPPH radical by using TLC autographic assay and the scavenging activity was determined by using spectroscopic method.
