Legal Perspective about the Management of Fishery and Marine Investment Management in Indonesia

The constitutional perspective provides the basis that the earth and water and natural resources contained therein were controlled by the State and used for the greatest prosperity of the people. The tendency to side with entrepreneurs with various motivations. This causes the management of fishery and marine investment in Indonesia is not correlated with efforts to improve the welfare, especially for the fishermen.
