The motivation behind the present review was to research the impact of water cardio respiratory endurance and oxygen consuming activities on vo2 max parameter among school men understudies. To accomplish the reason for the review thirty school men understudies were chosen from Erode in the year 2018-19. The subject’s age ranged from 18 to 25 years.
