Knowledge Management Based Performance Improvement on Certified Health Workers in Health Center of South Sulawesi

Introduction: The aim of this research was to determine the effect of Knowledge Management on improving the performance of health workers force at Primary Health Center of South Sulawesi. Material and Method: The research used qualitative method. The informants were 12 health workers. Data collection used was in‑depth interviews. The tools used were tape recorders and camcorders. Finding and Discussion: This study found that the Knowledge Management method was relevant to be used in increasing the performance of health workers force in a group of health workers (Doctors, Nurses, Midwives, and SKM (Bachelor of Public Health) who come from different functional health positions) at the South Sulawesi Community Health Center. Conclusion: Performance of health work force could be done using one method which was knowledge management.
