Intraneural cyst of common peroneal nerve is a rare case of foot drop. A patient presented with swelling on the lateral aspect over the head of fibula and foot drop. The patient had difficulty in walking. Case was investigated. Radiographs revealed no abnormality but MRI was diagnostic. Surgery was done with excision of the cyst and marsupalization of common peroneal nerve. The patient was then followed-up with improvement in dorsiflexion of foot and improved walking over subsequent follow-ups.
