Mindfulness and its Impact on Mental Health: A Review

Mindfulness is defined as paying attention to the present moment with a non-judgmental attitude (Kabat-Zinn, 2003). Over the past few decades, mindfulness-based interventions have gained popularity as effective approaches for promoting mental health and well-being. This paper aims to explore the impact of mindfulness on mental health and discuss its potential benefits for individuals experiencing various mental health conditions.
