Positive Psychology and its Importance at Workplace

Positive thoughts and feelings always act as a resource that preserve mental health during stressful times and protect physical health also. The focus of this paper is on positive psychology that target mental health rather than mental illness and on increasing happiness. Life at workplace can be stressful and disappointments and challenges are inevitable. There are some strategies and skills that allow people to navigate the challenges at workplace more effectively and enjoy work despite the upsets. The role of positive psychology in the workplace is the aim of this paper.
