Anger Management for Marital Satisfaction

Marriage is very precious. Getting marriage is happiest moment in everyone's life. In our Indian culture we are giving more importance to the marrige. Once we enter into the marital life we want to be there with full of satisfaction. Marital Satisfaction is a relatively stable attitude. The success of a marriage depends on whether it provides satisfaction for the whole family,notjust one or two of the members. A husband and wife who are happy together derive satisfaction from the roles they play; they also have a mature and stable love for each other, make good sexual adjustments and accept the parental role. But they are not playing their roles satisfactorily Because 1. couplesare busy with their work and 2.they are not satisfying with what they have in their life. Anger is a natural, adaptive response to threats; it inspires powerful, often aggressive feelings and behaviors, which allow us to fight and to defend ourselves when we are attacked. Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. A certain amount of anger, therefore, is necessary to our survival. Anger plays a vital role in our personal relationships, marital satisfaction and in the overall quality of our life. One can express angry feelmgs in an assertive way but not in an aggressive way. There are certain tips to follow and manage aggressive feelings which are useful to the couples to lead a happy married life. An attempt is made to present certain tips to manage anger which are useful to couples to get a maximum marital satisfaction.
