KADS Consultancy is a new firm which plans to setup its office in New Delhi, India for standardization of sheetfed offset presses for small and medium scale industries. Firm will provide Primary services of current market studies, market direction, customer requirements, current operational error,continuous improvement , re-engineering, strategic planning & quality improvement. Improvement in these all resulting over all increase of profit for small and medium scale printing industry. Our firm will provide exact direction to improve profitability, productivity and quality. Our aim is to become successful consultant and leader in consulting market. To keep overhead cost minimum we are going to establish our firm away from heart of the city. KADS Consulting is a partnership firm, owned by A, B, C and D. Their academic education in the field of printing engineering provides them with necessary know how. They also gained competencies and practical knowledge in the fields of marketing and sales through internships. Our key objective is to satisfy our customer and put firm in a profit within one year. Funds will be generated by the owners of the firm. To do this, a strong client base will be developed through networking with local business leaders and printing associations, affiliating and holding seminars and workshops. During the first four months of operations eight small seminars and four small workshops will be developed.
