Technology innovation and its adoption are two critical success factors for any Business / Organization. Cloud computing is a recent technology paradigm that enable the Organizations or individuals to share various services in a seamless and cost effective manner. Cloud computing is the latest effort in delivering computing resources as a service. It represents a shift away from computing as a product that is purchased, to computing as a service that is delivered to consumers over the internet from large-scale data centres or "clouds". It is paradigm in which the resources can be leveraged on per use basis thus reducing the cost and complexity of service providers, ft is a construct that allows user to access applications that actually resideat location other than user'sown computer or other internet connected devices. Cloud computing use the internet technologies for delivery of IT-Enabled capabilities 'as a service' to any needed users i.e. through cloud computing one can access anything that one want from anywhere to any computer without worrying about anything like about their storage, cost, management and so on. This paper provides a comprehensive study on the motivation factors of adopting cloud computing, review the several cloud deployment and service models, ft also explore certain benefits of cloud computing over traditional IT service environment. Also include security privacy internet dependency and availability as avoidance issues.
