Factors Responsible for Shortage of Finished Printed Product in Commercial Printing Press

The main aim of this study is to reduce the print-waste and avoiding the problem of lack of finished product. Different jobs have been tracked to identify the factors responsible for shortage of finished product. During this we observed various types of printing troubles which causes wastage and shortage of finished product. To reduce these problems, it was necessary to understand the working principle of press and wastage reduction methods. This study work provides the reference for identifying various defects which generally occur during production.
